Submitting materials to this firm for printing or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though by our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of film, processing or disk. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by us of any material is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Quality Disclaimer

Walmart is not responsible for poor quality prints resulting from improper cropping. Each print size has its own slightly different rectangular shape (known as the aspect ratio). For example, a 4 x 6" print looks skinny compared to an 8 x 10", which is more like a square. To make your image fit these varying print shapes, photo labs typically enlarge the image slightly and crop off what doesn't fit. To ensure that important portions of your image are not lost in this cropping process, you should always preview your images before proceeding to the checkout by clicking on each thumbnail image in your shopping cart. You can then adjust the cropping for each print yourself to ensure your prints always turn out the way you want.

Walmart is not responsible for poor quality prints resulting from the use of a low-resolution image. Using a low-resolution image for certain items will produce a warning in the shipping cart before you can proceed to the checkout.
