Cancelling An Order

You have 1 hour to cancel any order from the time the order has been placed. After an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. At the bottom of that email there is a link to click if you would like to cancel your order. Once you click that link you will be directed to the “Recent Orders” page on the website. If it is within an hour of an order being placed you will notice a “Cancel Icon” at the far right end of the order row. To cancel your order, simply click the “Cancel Icon”. If you visit the “Recent Orders” page and you do not see the “cancel Icon” that means it has been longer then 1 Hour and your order cannot be cancelled at this point.
